ServiceNow Technical Program Manager
Role Summary
Spearhead strategic, cross‑functional ServiceNow programs (e.g., CMDB, ITSM, GRC, HRSD, SecOps) from conception to deployment and post‑go‑live support, aligning technical execution with enterprise goals and driving digital workflow transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in partnership with business & IT leaders.
- Develop and manage multi‑project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
- Lead end‑to‑end program lifecycle: initiation, development, deployment, and transition.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, architecture, process owners, vendors).
- Enforce SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices for ServiceNow configuration and development.
- Manage dependencies, integration, and release coordination across platform modules.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and organizational risks.
- Implement governance model, steering committees, and change control processes.
- Resolve high‑impact impediments and facilitate timely delivery.
- Provide executive‑level status, health, and financial reporting; maintain program artifacts (charters, RACI, risk register).
- Oversee operational readiness: knowledge transfer, support documentation, and production hand‑off.
- Act as ServiceNow SME: validate designs, ensure scalability and maintainability, promote best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven program management experience (5+ years) with cross‑functional, multi‑project initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, ITOM, platform upgrades).
- Strong technical acumen and ability to translate architecture and solution designs into actionable plans.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive‑presenting skills.
- Ability to manage risk, issue, change, and governance frameworks.
- Leadership capability to influence cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (minimum).
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program certification preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Professional (e.g., Certified Application Developer, ITSM Expert) or equivalent ServiceNow platform certification highly desirable.
