**Job Title:** Enterprise Sales Executive
**Role Summary:**
Senior hunter sales professional responsible for selling AI‑driven solutions and SAP transformation services to Fortune 1000/500 accounts. Leads end‑to‑end sales cycle, builds C‑suite relationships, and closes complex, high‑value deals.
**Expectations:**
- Achieve new‑logo acquisition targets within the U.S. territory.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and meet or exceed revenue and win‑rate goals.
- Operate independently in a remote, performance‑driven environment while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and prospect new enterprise opportunities; qualify prospects and build a qualified pipeline.
- Conduct consultative discovery to uncover customer pain points in AI adoption, SAP modernization, and operational transformation.
- Deliver executive‑level presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Lead negotiations, address procurement processes, and close complex sales deals.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and delivery teams to craft outcome‑focused proposals.
- Educate clients on responsible AI, compliance, and cost‑optimization strategies.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and reporting.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and executive forums.
**Required Skills:**
- 6+ years of enterprise technology sales experience (AI, SAP, cloud, automation, or digital transformation).
- Proven track record of selling into Fortune 1000/500, managing long sales cycles, and closing large deals.
- Strong consultative selling, storytelling, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and complex sales cycles.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Any sales or technology certifications (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, AI/ML) preferred but not mandatory.
