**Job title** AI Business Analyst (Bilingual FR‑EN) **Role Summary** Act as the primary client liaison and business analyst for AI and automation projects. Translate client needs into technical specifications, collaborate with solution architects and developers, and ensure delivery of scalable AI/automation solutions that achieve measurable business value. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction (NPS). - Drive continuous learning of new tools, technologies, and best practices. - Mentor developers and facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating communication with internal resources. - Manage project activities (stand‑ups, status calls, governance meetings) throughout the engagement lifecycle. - Work with process owners and SMEs to capture current business process requirements and design future AI/automation solutions, including agentic and low‑code options. - Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to deliver robust, sustainable solutions. - Produce and maintain delivery documentation, obtain client approvals at key milestone gates. - Provide expert guidance, answers, and recommendations to clients. - Evaluate processes for automation and AI applicability; produce ROI analyses. - Establish benefit realization metrics and dashboards to quantify business impact. - Maintain high client satisfaction and quality delivery standards. - Mentor developers on business analysis, technical questions, and best practices. **Required Skills** - Excellent oral and written communication; fluent in French and English. - Strong project management: task prioritization, scheduling, and deadline adherence. - Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail. - Familiarity with scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, VBA). - Understanding of software development concepts: SDLC, Agile, version control. - Knowledge of generative AI tools and prompt engineering (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Copilot). - Hands‑on experience with automation platforms (UiPath, Power Platform, Blue Prism). - Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field. - Certifications in AI/automation (UiPath, Power Platform, Blue Prism) or Agile frameworks preferred.
