**Job Title:**
HR Specialist – SAP SuccessFactors
**Role Summary:**
Provide end‑to‑end support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, serving as a liaison between HR business units and IT. Lead small‑to‑medium initiatives, design solutions to complex problems, and manage implementation deliverables. Deliver comprehensive testing, documentation, training, and post‑implementation support on a global basis.
**Expectations:**
- Independently resolve multi‑faceted HR technology issues.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Act as primary subject matter expert for Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Communicate effectively with users, managers, and senior leadership across time zones.
- Maintain continuous improvement of system processes and user experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Problem Solving & Solution Design** – Rapid prototyping, requirement analysis, and custom configuration to meet business needs.
2. **Project Management** – Develop detailed plans, schedule resources, track progress, review finances, and secure stakeholder consensus.
3. **Implementation Support** – Define business requirements, design test strategies, write test cases, conduct tests, author user procedures, oversee conversion and data migration, prepare documentation, deliver training, and provide post‑Go‑Live assistance.
4. **Global Business Support** – Respond to ad‑hoc queries, produce MIS reports, and advise on product and deal structuring.
5. **Knowledge Management** – Keep current on SAP success factors capabilities, HR policies, risk management, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with full implementation of Recruiting & Onboarding 2.0.
- Proficient in Agile methodology and HR business processes.
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong grasp of IT practices, requirements specification, and testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, detail oriented, and problem‑solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications for Recruiting Experience & Candidate Experience, and Onboarding 2.0.
**Nice‑to‑Have:**
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience with JIRA.
