Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer
Role Summary:
Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade LLM applications using LangChain and LangGraph, integrating retrieval pipelines, vector databases, and agentic workflows to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions.
Expactations:
- Produce reliable, production-ready AI systems that meet performance, security, privacy, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to define AI capabilities and ensure timely delivery.
- Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize models and pipelines for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain LLM‑based chatbots, retrieval systems, workflow agents, and autonomous processes.
- Construct modular AI pipelines with LangChain (prompt engineering, vector retrieval, tool integration).
- Develop multi‑step, stateful agent workflows in LangGraph with branching logic, error handling, and long‑running tasks.
- Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation architectures using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma).
- Fine‑tune, evaluate, and optimize transformer‑based models for accuracy, reliability, and latency.
- Integrate AI modules with backend services, APIs, databases, and user interfaces.
- Monitor system performance; implement scalability, resilience, and cost‑optimization improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in LLMs and transformer architectures (ChatGPT, GPT‑4, LLaMA, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and associated tooling.
- Proficiency in vector database technologies (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
- Strong prompt engineering and RAG implementation skills.
- API development and integration (REST, GraphQL).
- Knowledge of security best practices, privacy regulations, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and performance profiling abilities.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI Professional) are a plus.
