Job Description

**Job Title:** Solutions Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, prototype, and support scalable cloud‑native solutions that accelerate digital transformation across multiple business units. Focus on emerging technologies (AI, Edge, VR/AR) and deliver reusable technical assets, guiding teams toward modern architecture, best practices, and rapid deployment. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality cloud‑first solutions that meet business, security, and scalability requirements. - Advocate modern development practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. - Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate strategic goals into workable prototypes and production systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with senior architects to architect cloud (Azure) solutions, ensuring adherence to security, performance, and maintainability standards. - Build and run Proof‑of‑Concepts and prototypes using Azure services (App Services, Functions, AI Services), microservices, and event‑driven models. - Mentor and support development teams across the organization on CI/CD, code quality, testing, and agile delivery. - Create and maintain reference architectures, implementation playbooks, and reusable solution templates. - Drive adoption of Generative AI, LLMs, and related frameworks for in‑house projects. - Translate innovative ideas into stakeholder‑ready prototypes for strategic decision‑making. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years cloud‑native development (Azure preferred). - 5+ years software engineering with C# and/or Python. - Proficiency in Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, AI Services, and RESTful/API microservices. - Experience with Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/CI‑CD pipelines, and automated testing. - Strong grasp of architecture principles (scalability, security, performance). - Agile methodology experience (sprint planning, backlog management). - Excellent verbal and written communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). ---
