Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Lead / Architect Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Salesforce solutions across client engagements, driving technical strategy and delivery excellence. Expectations: • Own end‑to‑end architecture from requirement capture to production rollout. • Mentor and coordinate a development team following Agile and DevOps practices. • Ensure solutions align with industry standards, governance, and security. Key Responsibilities: • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce architecture. • Design and develop custom functionality (Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce). • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs; manage data migration. • Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. • Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization. • Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate technical feasibility and best practices. Required Skills: • Proven experience designing and delivering Salesforce architecture. • Strong development expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and configuration. • Experience with third‑party integrations, REST/SOAP APIs. • Leadership skills, team management, and Agile facilitation. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. • Familiarity with DevOps tooling (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX). Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Salesforce Architect or Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Architect) highly desirable.
