Job title: CX Sales Cloud and Subscription
Role Summary:
Engage business partners to translate functional requirements into technical specifications for Oracle CX Sales Cloud and Subscription products, delivering end‑to‑end implementation, integration, and support across sales automation, subscription management, and partner relationship modules.
Expectations:
- Deliver complete CX Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Subscription solutions on schedule.
- Maintain high data quality and customer master data integrity.
- Provide responsive customer support and handle service requests efficiently.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment while meeting stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather partner needs and produce detailed technical specs for CX Sales Cloud features (lead, opportunity, account, activity, quota, incentive, forecasting, PRM, sales campaigns, CDM).
- Design, configure, and administer Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (creation, pricing, billing, amendments, renewals, analytics).
- Develop and maintain web services using WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, and CPQ data model.
- Build UI components with JavaScript, jQuery, KnockoutJS, NodeJS, HTML/CSS; optional Python, VBCS, Redwood.
- Ensure data quality, enrichment, and central customer master data.
- Configure sales territory, quota, and resource planning.
- Manage partner onboarding, deal registration, collaboration, and campaign integration with marketing.
- Resolve SRs/Requ. for Change via My Oracle Support.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers; participate in stakeholder and team facilitation.
Required Skills:
- ≥5 years Oracle CX Cloud experience (CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Fusion Sales/Service Cloud).
- Deep knowledge of CX Sales Cloud and Subscription processes, CPQ data model, web services (SOAP, REST, XML).
- Proficiency in JavaScript ecosystem (JavaScript, jQuery, KnockoutJS, NodeJS) plus HTML/CSS; optional Python, VBCS, Redwood.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and independent work capabilities in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder / project facilitation skills.
- Experience with SRs, RFCs, and My Oracle Support.
- Familiarity with OAC‑Essbase, Essbase 19c/21c platforms (preferred).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BE, BTech, MCA).
- Oracle CX Cloud certifications (CPQ, Sales Cloud, Subscription) mandatory; additional API/Integration or CPQ certification a plus.
