Job Description
**Job Title**: Senior Technical Implementation Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead end-to-end technical implementation of enterprise-scale billing and payment solutions for diverse industries. Focus on payment processing (including emerging methods), API integrations, and agile project management to align with client and organizational goals. **Expectations** - Deliver complex payment solutions from initiation to execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and C-level stakeholders to define scope, measure ROI, and ensure project adherence to business strategy. - Apply emerging technologies (cloud, fintech) to address technical challenges and optimize client offerings. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead discovery, design, and implementation of customized billing/payment systems with internal and external stakeholders. 2. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). 3. Maintain client relationships and manage executive stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success. 4. Develop and present project progress reports and analytics to track KPIs. 5. Facilitate internal/external workshops, project kickoffs, and process improvement initiatives. 6. Coordinate testing, feature requests, and partner integrations as required. **Required Skills** - 7–10+ years in payment processing, billing, or fintech with client-facing project management. - Expertise in API technology, payment methodologies (traditional and emerging). - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and software development lifecycles. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for executive-level engagement. - Experience with tools: Jira, Trello, Confluence, Smartsheet, Slack, Teams, Zoom. - Analytical problem-solving and independent decision-making in fast-paced environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. - 7–10+ years of professional experience in payment/billing functions at consumer-facing companies. - PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred. - Salesforce experience advantageous.
