Job Description
**Job Title:** Test Engineer & Acceptance Manager (M/F) **Role Summary:** Responsible for defining, executing, and automating test plans to ensure software quality and compliance throughout the development lifecycle, and for coordinating final acceptance (homologation) of solutions for municipal clients. **Expectations:** - Gather and analyze test requirements and define test scopes (integration, validation, regression). - Produce clear test documentation and communicate findings to development teams. - Maintain automated test suites and manage version control of test assets. - Deliver training and knowledge transfer to internal teams. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely resolution of non‑conformities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in requirement collection and test scope definition. - Write, execute, and track manual test cases; log defects and follow up with stakeholders. - Develop, maintain, and run automated tests using tools such as Selenium or Katalon. - Analyze automated test results and report metrics. - Manage source code versions for both product releases and automated test scripts (e.g., GitLab CI). - Create and maintain user‑focused documentation for solutions. - Conduct internal training sessions and facilitate knowledge sharing. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI). - Strong analytical and synthesis abilities; detail‑oriented. - Good organizational and time‑management skills. - Effective communication and teamwork. - Technical English comprehension (reading/writing). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Bac+3 or equivalent). - At least one year of experience in software testing and/or development (internship or junior role acceptable). - No specific certifications required; motivation and competence are prioritized.
