Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Contract)
Role Summary:
Lead cross‑functional, end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology projects for multiple client engagements. Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion and alignment with project scope and objectives.
Expectations:
* Deliver projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
* Maintain clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Manage multiple commitments simultaneously in a fast‑paced, consulting environment.
* Apply Agile principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in partnership with clients and internal teams.
* Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and coordinate cross‑functional teams across cloud, Gen AI, web, mobile, data, and emerging tech stacks.
* Act as the main conduit between engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating technical details into actionable insights.
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks; resolve blockers to maintain project momentum.
* Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and executive dashboards.
* Mentor team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Required Skills:
* 5–7 years of hands‑on technical project management experience in consulting, agency, or startup settings.
* Proven record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within scope.
* Strong understanding of modern tech stacks and ability to engage effectively with engineering teams.
* Advanced proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Monday.com.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and proactive solution‑oriented mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities concurrently.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Agile delivery leadership (e.g., CSM, PMI‑ACP).
* PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory.
