Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Developer Role Summary: Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions as a Platform Developer 2, focusing on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Agentforce AI agents. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality code in an Agile/SAFe environment, collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, and ensure timely resolution of production issues. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL queries. - Create Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and custom dashboards. - Configure workflows, approvals, validation rules, email templates, and formulas. - Install and manage AppExchange packages; handle Apex Data Loader and ANT migrations. - Build and integrate Agentforce AI agents using relevant APIs. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration pipelines. - Support onshore/offshore collaboration and documentation. Required Skills: - 3‑5 years Salesforce developer/admin experience. - Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript. - Experience with Force.com IDE, AutoRABIT, Apex Data Loader, and ANT. - Knowledge of Agentforce architecture and AI agent development. - Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies. - Collaboration skills for onshore/offshore models; familiarity with Git, RTC. - Basic exposure to IVR technologies (AYAYA, Cisco, chatbots) is advantageous. Required Education & Certifications: - Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2) Certification. - Agentforce Specialist Certification. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
