Job Title: Sales Account Manager Role Summary: Manage a portfolio of influencer clients with audiences ranging from 100,000 to 10 million followers, sourcing, negotiating, and executing brand partnership campaigns and projects. Expactations: - Cultivate and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with influencers. - Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with client goals. - Source, pitch, and secure brand deals, negotiating rates, deliverables, and expectations. - Maintain organized, compliant processes and tracking systems. Key Responsibilities: - Build relationships through regular client meetings, strategy sessions, and close collaboration. - Advise clients on growth tactics and industry trends to expand reach. - Identify and onboard new talent. - Manage brand relations, craft and present unique pitches in written and presentation formats. - Negotiate contractual terms and deliverables with brand partners. - Prioritize multiple campaigns and stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. - Maintain accurate records in line with internal protocols.
