Job Title: DevOps Specialist
Role Summary: Oversee, optimize, and evolve Azure DevOps environments, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-site deployments; automate testing, releases, and infrastructure tasks; collaborate cross‑functionally with development, operations, and project teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable delivery.
Expactations: Deliver high‑quality, automated build and release processes; maintain system stability and performance; ensure security compliance and audit readiness; support and troubleshoot client and internal environments; continuously improve tooling and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Azure DevOps – access control, global settings, integrations.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deployment).
- Automate processes using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and third‑party tools.
- Plan and execute deployments across client sites, test, staging, and pre‑production environments.
- Manage Git branching strategies, merges, pull requests, and resolve code conflicts.
- Deploy and tune containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Develop pipelines for AI model deployment.
- Ensure security and compliance: audits, best practices, vulnerability management.
- Maintain client IT assets – PCs, servers, network devices: imaging, updates, security policies.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and clients.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and guides.
Required Skills:
- Azure DevOps administration and CI/CD pipeline expertise.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Git source‑control proficiency and branching strategy experience.
- Experience with multi‑site, multi‑environment application deployment.
- Strong problem‑diagnosis and rapid resolution ability.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Automation Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Docker Certified Associate, Kubernetes Administrator) are an asset.
