Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Analyst – Insurity **Role Summary:** Conduct business analysis for U.S. property and casualty insurance projects using Insurity® InsuranceSuite. Provide functional, data, and requirements expertise throughout pre‑construction, construction, and post‑construction phases. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years experience as a business analyst in the U.S. P&C insurance domain, specifically with Insurity products (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center) or equivalent COTS. - Proven track record in data migration or conversion projects. - Strong understanding of ISO/NCCI/Bureau products and Insurity data model. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with onsite teams and direct customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Own all BA deliverables, ensuring completeness and accuracy. - Lead pre‑construction walkthroughs with development and QA to clarify specifications. - Attend post‑construction walkthroughs to validate delivered features against requirements. - Prepare mapping documents and define required gateway (GW) fields for payload generation. - Support implementation of conversion business rules and associated data model changes. - Contribute to functional understanding of GW out‑of‑the‑box products and, where applicable, PC UI, underwriting, rating, forms, or product model modules. **Required Skills:** - Business analysis in P&C insurance, with focus on Insurity suite. - Expertise in data conversion, migration, and mapping. - Familiarity with GW Policy Migration Tool (PMT) is a plus. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Ability to translate technical details to business stakeholders. - Experience working with cross‑functional teams (development, QA, customer). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience). - Professional business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is desirable.
