Job Title: Talent Acquisition Contractor – 3 Months Role Summary Provide end‑to‑end recruitment support for a fast‑growing tech firm. Own the full hiring lifecycle across technical and non‑technical roles, partner with hiring managers, source and engage candidates, and drive a smooth candidate experience while managing multiple concurrent requisitions. Expectations * Deliver quality hires within a dynamic, high‑growth environment. * Adapt quickly to changing priorities and limited guidance. * Maintain a high level of stakeholder communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities 1. Own end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for tech and non‑tech roles. 2. Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and set timelines. 3. Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates across multiple channels. 4. Manage a portfolio of active requisitions, adjusting focus as business needs evolve. 5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. 6. Support offer negotiations, onboarding, and continuous improvement of hiring processes. Required Skills * 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in high‑growth startups or scale‑ups. * Proven track record recruiting for tech functions (engineering, product, data, commercial). * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle ambiguity. * Proficient in using ATS, candidate sourcing tools, and social media platforms. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Business, or related field. * Relevant recruitment or HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, HRCI, LinkedIn Certified Professional – Recruiter) are advantageous but not mandatory.
