Job title: Gen AI Lead Consultant
Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and deployment of end‑to‑end Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. Manage the full AI lifecycle—from business problem discovery through model fine‑tuning, optimization, and production deployment on cloud platforms—while ensuring data governance, coding best practices, and scalable architecture.
Expectations:
- Deliver production‑grade AI systems that meet enterprise data strategies and stakeholder requirements.
- Mentor and coordinate agile teams, including offshore members, to maintain high quality and timely delivery.
- Create reusable assets, best practices, and accelerators that accelerate future AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end‑to‑end development of Generative AI and Agentic AI projects, including business discovery, solution design, model development, optimization, and deployment.
- Fine‑tune and evaluate Large Language Models, build advanced Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and implement agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or Crew AI.
- Design and develop scalable AI applications in Python leveraging modern ML frameworks.
- Deploy solutions on cloud GenAI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, IBM Watson, etc.).
- Ingest and process unstructured data (PDFs, images, HTML, audio‑to‑text) and maintain data quality & governance.
- Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search) to support semantic search and retrieval.
- Implement best coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
- Conduct agile sprint planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Publish reusable code, accelerators, and documentation for future projects.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years hands‑on Generative AI / Agentic AI / ML / Data Science experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar.
- Experience deploying agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, Crew AI).
- Cloud‑native GenAI knowledge (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, IBM Watson).
- Expertise in RAG, multiple LLMs, and GenAI pipelines.
- Experience with unstructured data processing (PDF, OCR, image, HTML, audio‑to‑text).
- Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search).
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, and ML coding best practices.
- Agile/Lean development experience and ability to mentor teams.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience: 3 years of relevant experience per year of missing qualification).
