**Job Title:** Customer Success Engineer
**Role Summary:**
The Customer Success Engineer delivers expert technical support and guidance on Palo Alto Networks’ Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions. This role collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Account teams to design, implement, and optimize network security and endpoint deployments, advocate for customers, and influence product roadmap to accelerate adoption and achieve security objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in network security engineering, operations, support, or professional services.
- In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW platforms and enterprise network products (routers, switches, servers, wireless, monitoring, management).
- Working proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Valid network security certifications (PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability as a trusted technical advisor, managing client escalations, account interactions, and project delivery.
- Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert technical guidance on NGFW deployments and security best practices.
- Partner with Product & Engineering to design, integrate, and implement network security and endpoint solutions.
- Serve as a customer advocate, driving product adoption and influencing roadmap through real‑world use cases.
- Rapidly operationalize solutions to meet customers’ security goals and ROI.
- Collaborate with account teams to develop high‑visibility, high‑touch delivery strategies, technical account plans, and product‑level success plans.
- Resolve escalated technical issues and manage end‑to‑end project delivery.
**Required Skills:**
- Network security engineering and support expertise (≥5 years).
- Proven experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise networking equipment and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Strong communication and advisory skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with customer escalations, account management, and project management.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
- Certifications: PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent network security credentials.
