**Job Title**
IT Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver complex IT initiatives across enterprise applications, integrations, SaaS implementations, and infrastructure upgrades. Responsible for end‑to‑end project execution—planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication—while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver 12‑month technology projects on time and within budget.
- Balance stakeholder expectations with project realities, focusing 80 % on leadership and 20 % on technical oversight.
- Maintain rigorous project documentation, status reporting, and governance.
- Demonstrate strategic judgment in vendor selection, procurement, and technical design.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Lead cross‑functional teams (development, infrastructure, security, business) for multiple large‑scale IT projects.
2. Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and procurement plans.
3. Perform continuous improvement of project processes and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
4. Coordinate vendor selection, SaaS implementations, and system integrations.
5. Develop and maintain detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project plans (Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM, MS Project).
6. Facilitate stakeholder and executive communications, providing status updates and managing expectations.
7. Conduct risk assessments, issue resolution, and change management activities.
8. Ensure QA/testing practices and data integration standards are met.
9. Align technical solutions with business goals and IT architecture policies.

- Experience with IT infrastructure, system/app integrations, QA/testing, data integration, web/app architecture.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10 years of project management in complex IT environments.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly desired.
