Expactations: • Minimum 5 years dedicated professional experience in firmware development and testing. • Proven expertise in Embedded C/C++ on bare‑metal platforms, excluding embedded Linux. • In‑depth knowledge of ARM Cortex architecture, especially Cortex‑M, and RTOS environments such as FreeRTOS or Micrium (uC/OS). Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test methods and test cases to verify firmware requirements. - Conduct requirement verification, document detailed test results, and maintain defect logs. - Create complete test plans, reports, and track findings throughout regression and other verification tests. - Collaborate closely with firmware developers to support testing needs and troubleshoot issues. - Partner with software automation engineers to enhance automated test frameworks. - Design and develop custom test setups, fixtures, and hardware interfaces with cross‑functional teams. - Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.
