Job Description
**Job Title** SharePoint Developer (SC CLEARED) **Role Summary** Long-term contract role for a Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online developer to design and build collaboration solutions, automation workflows, and record management systems for a UK regulatory program. Requires SC clearance. **Expectations** Contract duration: ~2 years. Onsite requirement: 2 days/week. No visa sponsorship. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and customize SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, libraries, and components - Build SPFx-based solutions using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS - Develop business applications and workflow automation with Power Apps and Power Automate - Implement Microsoft Purview Records Management, including retention labels, policies, and disposition workflows - Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Viva, Outlook, OneDrive) and Azure (e.g., Graph API, REST API, Azure Functions) - Optimize content governance, permissions, and compliance - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions - Document technical specifications and provide troubleshooting support **Required Skills** - Proficient in SharePoint Online development (customization, SPFx, front-end frameworks) - Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Records Management configurations - Expertise in Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST API, and Azure integration - Familiarity with PnP platforms (PnPjs, PowerShell, CLI for Microsoft 365) - Understanding of OAuth 2.0 and Azure AD authentication models **Required Education & Certifications** - Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-400, SC-400) preferred but not mandatory - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent technical experience.
