**Job title:** Undergraduate Intern – Product Management (Digital Platforms) **Role Summary:** A short‑term internship providing hands‑on experience in product discovery, research, and early‑stage product evaluation within the financial, real‑estate, and title insurance sector. Interns collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing, UX, and Development teams to explore market opportunities and shape new digital platform initiatives. **Expactations:** - Engage in customer and market research for escrow, title, property management, and HOA use cases. - Support discovery work by identifying customer needs, workflows, and unmet problems. - Contribute research insights that inform product roadmaps and decisions. - Provide input on the customer experience for new digital platforms. - Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills while maintaining a customer‑centric focus. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Partner with cross‑functional teams (PM, Product Marketing, UX, Product Development) to support product discovery. 2. Conduct customer interviews and market analysis across product lines. 3. Map customer workflows and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. 4. Compile and synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations for road‑mapping and feature prioritization. 5. Participate in the design of the user experience for emerging digital platforms. 6. Maintain high‑quality deliverables (reports, presentations) using MS Office tools. 7.
