Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM/CE Developer
**Role Summary**
Senior full‑stack Dynamics 365 developer responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining core modules (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service). Focus on creating enhancements, troubleshooting, and continual optimization of the CRM system in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years professional experience with Dynamics CRM/D365.
- Proven track record customizing Sales, Customer Insights, and Customer Service modules.
- Fluency in English and French; strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to contribute immediately and work autonomously while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions within D365 to meet business needs.
- Configure and maintain core modules (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service).
- Create and maintain enhancements, custom entities, workflows, Power Apps, and Power Automate flows.
- Integrate D365 with external systems (REST, SOAP, Azure services).
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.
- Ensure system performance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and senior developers to deliver solutions.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced development in Dynamics 365 (JavaScript, C#, .NET, X++).
- Configuration skills for Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service modules.
- Integration experience (Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, custom connectors).
- Knowledge of data migration, import/export tools, and data integrity.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and testing (unit, functional).
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and user guidance.
- Effective communication with senior stakeholders and team members.
- Fluency in English and French.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Technology or a related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, or equivalent certifications.
