Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance Intern Role Summary: Provide hands‑on support to the Quality Assurance team, assisting in the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System for advanced analytical technologies (Flow Cytometry, Genomics, Proteomics, Immunohistochemistry). Expectations: - Complete assigned QA activities within agreed timelines. - Maintain accurate, organized documentation and records. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: - Support QA projects: process improvement, system validation, and document control. - Participate in supplier qualification activities, including certificate collection and follow‑ups. - Scan, file, and manage QA documents; maintain QA databases (test methods, supplier data). - Compile periodic quality metrics and assist in creating presentation materials. - Provide onsite support to QA team members in various locations. Required Skills: - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to research and interpret complex concepts. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Life Sciences (preferred). - Programs in related fields such as legal may be considered. - No additional certifications required.
