**Job Title:** Security Specialist – Cloud & Enterprise Systems
**Role Summary:**
Secure cloud and enterprise environments by designing, implementing, and maintaining controls, conducting risk assessments, monitoring, and incident response. Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, IAM, and governance teams to ensure security is integrated throughout the SDLC.
**Expactations:**
- Mid to senior‑level professional (5–15 years) in information security, cloud security, IAM, or security operations.
- Proficient in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts and tools.
- Experience with security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Ability to document, track remediation, and support audit/compliance activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and automate cloud and on‑prem security controls.
- Perform security assessments on AWS, Azure, GCP; identify risks and drive remediation.
- Monitor systems, detect incidents, and execute incident response using SIEM and forensic tools.
- Conduct security impact analysis for system changes and new implementations.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and assist penetration testing.
- Maintain security documentation (plans, risk assessments, remediation reports).
- Manage network and perimeter controls (firewalls, ACLs, VPNs).
- Deploy and support IAM/IGA platforms, manage JML workflows, provisioning, de‑provisioning, and entitlement reviews.
- Integrate IAM/IGA tools with cloud/SaaS applications, on‑prem systems, and directory services.
- Provide operational support for security tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support audit and compliance readiness.
**Required Skills:**
- Cloud security expertise: AWS (IAM, GuardDuty, WAF, CloudTrail, CloudWatch), Azure (Entra ID, Defender, Network Security Groups), GCP (IAM, Security Command Center).
- Security operations and incident response; SIEM experience.
- IAM/IGA platform knowledge (SailPoint, Saviynt, Lumos, ConductorOne).
- Authentication, authorization, RBAC, least privilege principles.
- Linux and Windows administration.
- Network security fundamentals (firewalls, ACLs, VPNs, segmentation).
- Vulnerability management, patching, system hardening.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS).
- Scripting/automation (Python, Shell, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Security certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent.
