Job title: Events Marketing Specialist
Role Summary: Execute and manage global event marketing initiatives for owned and sponsored events, primarily within EMEA, by driving strategic planning, vendor coordination, budget oversight, and performance analysis to amplify brand presence and generate qualified leads.
Expectations: Deliver innovative, impact‑driven campaigns that enhance corporate visibility, execute seamless event operations, and provide measurable ROI through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, on a flexible remote/hybrid schedule with quarterly travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event strategies aligned with global objectives, tailoring plans for EMEA markets.
- Lead end‑to‑end event logistics: venue selection, onsite production, AV/tech, swag, agenda, speakers, promotion, and travel coordination.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and supervise onsite event staff.
- Control event budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to procurement policies.
- Produce pre‑event marketing collateral, communication plans, and promotional activities.
- Analyze event metrics, track lead flow, and report ROI in collaboration with automation and sales teams.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, product, and finance to align event objectives with broader business goals.
- Travel to key events 3–5 times per quarter.
Required Skills:
- Proven event marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS/B2B environments.
- Strong vendor and onsite team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced organizational and project management skills with capacity to handle multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Creative thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
- Analytical proficiency in measuring event performance and deriving actionable insights.
- Problem‑solving aptitude with a structured, logical approach.
- Collaborative teamwork orientation and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CMT, PMP, or event management credentials) are a plus.
