**Job Title:** Product Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the product vision and strategy for a scalable communications platform that drives member interactions across push, email, and in‑app channels. Own the end‑to‑end experience—from internal tooling and APIs that enable product and marketing teams to deliver timely, personalized messages, to platform performance, scalability, and experimentation.
**Expectations:**
- Own product roadmap, define metrics, and use data to prioritize trade‑offs.
- Drive high‑leverage opportunities, balancing member‑centric goals with business outcomes.
- Operate autonomously with limited guidance, making informed product decisions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and execute the product strategy for the foundational communications platform.
- Build internal tools and APIs that enable cross‑functional teams to target, personalize, and deliver messages at scale.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to expand platform capabilities, including targeting, personalization, experimentation, and reachability.
- Prioritize and implement improvements to performance, scalability, and personalization to boost engagement and member actions.
- Set standards for member‑facing communication that reflect brand values and enhance the cohesive app experience.
- Lead experimentation and data analysis to evolve platform features and optimize member and business outcomes.
- Resolve ambiguities, surface trade‑offs, and make decisions that align with long‑term product objectives.
**Required Skills:**
- Experience developing or managing messaging platforms/APIs (e.g., Braze, Iterable).
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives that improve user communication across mobile, email, and in‑app channels.
- Strong understanding of consumer‑facing mobile features, UX, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in creating and owning product roadmaps, defining KPIs, and using data to drive prioritization.
- Familiarity with platform or infrastructure product roles that empower internal teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineering and data teams to deliver complex features in fast‑paced environments.
- Ability to work autonomously, balancing member needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, Business, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Product Manager (CPM), Pragmatic Marketing, or similar product‑management credentials.
