**Job Title**
Microsoft 365 Expert
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, deployment, and support of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD solutions for enterprise clients. Manage complex security and migration projects, provide pre‑sales architecture and sizing, and deliver high‑quality incident resolution while mentoring technical teams.
**Expectations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end deployments of Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange migrations.
- Act as a consultant during the sales cycle, creating architecture documents, sizing, POCs, and demos.
- Resolve N2/N3 support incidents for Microsoft 365 security and messaging, write procedures, and serve as technical reference.
- Drive continuous improvement of service offerings and share best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute Microsoft 365 security and compliance implementations.
- Configure Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, Defender for Office 365, Sentinel connectors, Purview policies, and Exchange hybrid/migration scenarios.
- Build and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Sentinel playbooks).
- Prepare and deliver architecture proposals, sizing reports, POCs, and client demonstrations.
- Provide N2/N3 incident resolution, VIP incident escalation, and support documentation for N1 teams.
- Mentor and upskill internal technical staff on Microsoft 365 topics.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Defender, Sentinel, Purview.
- Strong PowerShell automation and scripting skills.
- Experience with complex migrations (on‑prem to cloud, hybrid, coexistence).
- Analytical mindset and consultative communication.
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with sales and support teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Microsoft certifications: SC‑200, SC‑300, SC‑400, MS‑203, AZ‑500, MS‑102, MD‑102 (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
