Job title: Recruitment Intern Role Summary Support commercial teams in recruiting and onboarding new consultants for a consulting firm specializing in CAPEX projects across energy, pharma, nuclear, and industrial sectors. Expectations - Complete a 6‑month internship. - Demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude and strong interpersonal skills. - Contribute to the recruitment process from job posting to final hiring decision. Key Responsibilities - Write and publish job advertisements. - Source candidates in line with recruitment objectives set by the Recruitment Manager. - Process applications and maintain candidate records. - Conduct initial phone pre‑selections to assess professional background and career aspirations. - Participate in and later lead in‑person interviews. - Draft interview summaries and share with hiring stakeholders. Required Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ATS usage. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Ability to assess candidates’ fit and potential quickly. - Team‑player mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
