Job Description
Job title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Act as a liaison between senior stakeholders and project teams, translating complex business and financial requirements into actionable solutions. Lead analysis for high‑value projects, develop robust business cases, and ensure seamless delivery from concept to implementation. Expactations: - Deliver clear, concise analysis and documentation for each project. - Maintain alignment with senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Mentor junior analysts and share best practices within the PMaaS community. - Adapt quickly to shifting priorities across multiple initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct end‑to‑end business analysis for strategic financial and treasury projects. - Capture, challenge, and prioritize requirements in collaboration with senior stakeholders. - Develop and present business cases, including financial modelling and benefit measurement. - Translate business needs into functional and non‑functional specifications. - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to resolve competing priorities. - Manage change to requirements, ensuring minimal impact on delivery schedules. - Support testing, readiness, and implementation activities to ensure smooth integration of solutions. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large‑scale change or technology programmes. - Strong background in financial, treasury, or banking projects; Treasury Management System experience is an asset. - Expertise in business process analysis, design, and industry‑standard BA methodologies/tools. - Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship‑building at senior levels. - Effective communication and facilitation abilities for diverse audiences. - Ability to develop compelling business cases with financial modelling. - Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development. - Flexibility to manage multiple concurrent projects across varied domains. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline. - Professional BA certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred.
