**Job Title:** AI Engineer – Agentic Automation
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and scale agentic AI solutions that automate and augment sales and marketing workflows. Partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate emerging AI tools, implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, integrate with CRM/marketing platforms, and measure business impact through clear metrics.
**Expectations:**
- 3+ years of hands‑on AI/ML, automation, or software engineering experience.
- Ability to independently translate business problems into technical designs and production‑ready code.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
- Commitment to staying current with AI trends, agentic frameworks, and LLM advancements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Data teams to identify workflow inefficiencies.
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI processes that orchestrate multi‑step tasks and augment human work.
- Evaluate, run proofs‑of‑concept, and select AI frameworks/tools (e.g., Cursor, Google Antigravity, Claude Code).
- Implement MCP servers and agent orchestration systems; write clean, maintainable Python/JavaScript code for production.
- Integrate AI solutions with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), analytics, public data sources, and community platforms via APIs/pipelines.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and report impact on time savings, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Produce documentation, best‑practice guides, and reusable templates to enable broader AI adoption.
**Required Skills:**
- Professional experience in AI/ML engineering, analytics engineering, or automation engineering (3+ years).
- Proficient programming in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Google Antigravity, Claude Code.
- Deep knowledge of context engineering, LLM prompt design, and debugging.
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, Model Context Protocol, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Proven ability to evaluate, select, and deploy AI/automation tools in business settings.
- Strong problem‑solving, independent work ethic, and ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- No specific certifications required; certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or relevant technologies are a plus.
