Job Title: Strategic Alliances Manager
Role Summary:
Lead the development and management of strategic technology and channel partnerships to expand market reach and accelerate revenue growth in the cybersecurity and AI security sector.
Expectations:
- Build and maintain a portfolio of high‑value partners (CSPs, MSSPs, GSIs, OEMs, AI security vendors).
- Design and execute joint go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives—co‑sell, co‑market, joint enablement, and customer engagements.
- Align partner activities with sales, marketing, and product roadmaps.
- Own partner pipeline, forecasting, quarterly performance reviews, and executive alignment.
- Stay current on market trends, competitive dynamics, and DoD/AI security developments.
- Represent leadership at partner events, industry conferences, and joint customer interactions.
- Deliver measurable revenue and market expansion outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard technology and channel partners.
- Develop and implement partner GTM strategies and enablement plans.
- Own partner business planning, pipeline tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Build executive-level relationships within partner organizations.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to synchronize initiatives.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market, industry, and competitive landscape.
- Represent the organization at partner events and conferences.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in strategic alliances, channel sales, or business development in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs and joint GTM initiatives.
- In‑depth understanding of DoD systems, AI security, data protection, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
- Experience working with MSSPs, GSIs, CSPs, and OEM partners.
- Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and executive presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self‑starter mindset adaptable to fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, MCSE, PMP) preferred.
