Serve as the primary blockchain subject‑matter expert for cross‑functional teams. Expactations: Deliver secure, upgradable smart contract code that meets regulatory standards. Maintain high‑quality CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks. Lead protocol audits and bug bounty programs. Provide scalable SDKs and developer tooling that enable seamless integration with existing back‑end services. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain core smart contracts for regulated blockchain applications. - Establish and enforce best practices for contract security, upgradability, testing, and CI/CD. - Coordinate and manage external audits, bug bounty campaigns, and protocol versioning. - Contribute to SDKs and tooling to support integration with Go and TypeScript back‑end teams. - Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies to inform product strategy. - Mentor and support teammates on smart contract interactions across the stack. Required Skills: - 4+ years of experience in smart contract development and protocol design. - Deep knowledge of public blockchains, Solidity, Rust, and emerging blockchain tools. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as TypeScript. - Proven experience leading smart contract audits and designing on‑chain protocols. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with external partners or customers. - Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and commitment to delivering high‑quality systems. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
