**Job Title:** Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Operations
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement, and maintain the full tracking, automation, and operational infrastructure that powers paid and organic marketing at scale. Own conversion tracking, server‑side tagging, budget monitoring, and landing‑page systems to ensure every marketing dollar is measurable, efficient, and optimized. Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Engineering, Product, and Growth Science to deliver reliable data, accelerate campaign launch, and support AI‑driven experimentation.
**Expectations:**
- Build scalable, reliable technical plumbing for conversion tracking and automation.
- Drive operational excellence, reducing manual work and boosting team velocity.
- Provide actionable insights that directly improve ROAS and budget allocation.
- Own the landing‑page architecture that supports rapid testing and AI‑generated content.
- Influence product and engineering roadmaps without direct authority.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own Google Tag Manager and server‑side tagging across all properties.
- Implement and maintain CAPI, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion tracking for Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Partner with Engineering on Segment event tracking, taxonomy documentation, and QA.
- Build automated budget pacing alerts, overspend warnings, and performance anomaly detection.
- Create campaign creation workflows, templates, and QA automation for launch checks.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Python, Gumloop, Claude Code, Zapier, Make, etc.
- Train team on AI tools and self‑serve automation for landing pages and ad copy.
- Deliver actionable cross‑channel performance insights to the Acquisition team.
- Design and execute A/B tests for landing pages, paid creatives, and on‑site experiences.
- Build scalable landing‑page infrastructure, including AI‑populated templates.
- Partner with SEO Lead and Data Science on technical measurement and incrementality testing.
**Required Skills:**
- Expert in GTM, GA4, server‑side tagging, CAPI, enhanced conversions, and experimentation platforms (Amplitude, Optimizely, VWO).
- Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and API/webhook integrations.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, and automation tools (Zapier, Gumloop, Make).
- Experience with Segment/CDP platforms, SQL, and data analysis for campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to build scalable infrastructure that improves team efficiency 2‑3x.
- Experience automating marketing workflows, building budgeting and QA systems, and driving AI‑powered content creation.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration, influence without authority, and senior independent contributor mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- 7+ years of growth marketing operations experience supporting multi‑million spend campaigns.
- Google Analytics/GA4 Certification or equivalent experience preferred.
