Job Description
Job title: Founding Full‑Stack Engineer Role Summary: Own and ship core product features from inception to production in a fast‑moving early‑stage startup. Operate full‑stack development duties while establishing engineering practices and collaborating closely with founders, product, and design. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality, production‑grade web products rapidly. - Take full ownership of product surfaces end‑to‑end. - Thrive in ambiguity and self‑directed work within a small team. - Use AI tools to accelerate development cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement end‑to‑end features on the frontend and backend. - Draft APIs, data schemas, and workflow designs. - Mentor and enforce engineering best practices (coding standards, CI/CD, testing). - Partner with founders, product managers, and designers to refine product vision. - Continuously improve application reliability, performance, and developer experience. Required Skills: - Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js expertise. - Proven experience shipping production web applications. - Background as a startup or founding engineer (or equivalent hands‑on ownership). - Comfortable working autonomously in a lean team environment.
