Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Role Summary: Deliver Tier 2/3 desktop and end‑user support with a primary focus on executive and VIP service, audio/visual conferencing, and high‑visibility event support. Provide rapid, discreet, and professional assistance across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, while maintaining optimal operational readiness for conference room technology.
Expactations: • Respond promptly to executive‑level requests, ensuring minimal downtime. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. • Execute on‑site AV setups and troubleshoot during enterprise events. • Participate in IT projects, documentation, and knowledge‑base development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide white‑glove IT support to executives, managing workstations, mobile devices, and remote access.
- Schedule, test, and support A/V and teleconferencing systems (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, projectors, microphones).
- Resolve Tier 2/3 desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues across Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Install, configure, and administer Office 365, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
- Maintain asset inventory, system images, and deployment platforms (Intune, SCCM, JAMF).
- Collaborate with facilities and vendors to ensure AV hardware reliability.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to support standards and documentation.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years corporate desktop/end‑user support experience.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, mobile device management.
- Advanced A/V knowledge (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, Crestron, Logitech, Poly).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Active Directory, Group Policy.
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN) and remote access tools.
Required Education & Certifications:
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
