Job Description
**Job Title:** System and Application Integrator (M/F) **Role Summary:** Integrates and manages the obsolescence program for the Cheque Business Unit by planning, executing, qualifying, and deploying virtual machine (VM) migrations from test to production. Drives continuous improvement of migration processes and shares knowledge within the team. **Expectations:** - 3‑5 years of experience in VM migration, deployment, or related system integration roles. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for first‑level incident analysis. - Ability to produce clear test reports and maintain up‑to‑date process documentation. - Effective collaboration and knowledge‑sharing within a cross‑functional team. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Execute VM migrations on the test environment and validate successful migration. 2. Perform first‑level analysis of anomalies encountered during migration. 3. Produce and circulate migration test campaign reports. 4. Update and standardise migration procedures based on each migration’s lessons learned. 5. Share experience and best practices with the team. 6. Manage the production rollout of migrations, ensuring smooth transition and post‑deployment monitoring. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V, or comparable). - Proven experience with migration planning, execution, and qualification. - Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis capabilities. - Excellent documentation and reporting skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. - Familiarity with IT service management or Business Process Services environments is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant virtualization certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are advantageous but not mandatory.
