Job title: Senior Project Planner Role Summary: Lead the planning function for large-scale EPC projects, driving schedule development, optimization, and digital integration to meet client and organisational objectives. Expactations: Deliver accurate, risk-informed schedules from bid through closeout; maintain compliance with industry and organisational standards; mentor junior planners; support bid competitiveness and project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Design, update, and manage detailed schedules in Primavera P6 across initiation, execution, and closeout stages. - Develop bid-phase schedules, collaborating with estimating and commercial teams to produce realistic, resource‑loaded proposals. - Execute baseline and re‑baseline activities, ensuring alignment with scope changes and control procedures. - Monitor project performance using earned value, S‑curves, KPIs, and critical path analysis; produce progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders. - Identify schedule risks, propose mitigation actions, and integrate them into project plans. - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and client interface teams to validate planning assumptions and logic. - Lead planning standards improvement, continuous best‑practice implementation, and mentoring of junior planners. - Support audits, governance, reporting, and security requirements across the planning lifecycle. - Manage ERP integration for resource and cost tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administer QMS operations – implement, maintain, upgrade ISO 9001‑aligned QMS processes, documents, and records. 2. Draft, review, and update QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and Management of Change processes. 3. Coordinate and lead internal and external audit schedules; record audit findings and oversee follow‑up actions. 4. Conduct quality inspections; collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, establishing root causes. 5.
