**Job Title**
IT Senior Scrum Master
**Role Summary**
Lead high-performing agile teams across a global IT environment, driving value‑stream optimization, flow‑based delivery, and organizational change. Facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and high quality delivery.
**Expectations**
- 7+ years of IT delivery with 5+ years as Scrum Master.
- Proven record of leading multiple agile teams in complex, enterprise settings.
- Deep experience implementing value‑stream management and flow metrics.
- Strong mentor for junior Scrum Masters and cross‑functional team members.
- Ability to manage senior‑level stakeholder expectations and drive change initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Value Stream Leadership**
- Champion value‑driven delivery across multiple teams.
- Design & implement value‑stream mapping, WIP limits, and pull‑based systems.
- Monitor flow metrics (lead time, cycle time, flow efficiency).
2. **Ceremony Facilitation & Team Enablement**
- Lead daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
- Facilitate release planning, story mapping, backlog refinement.
- Define Definition of Done and scrum boundaries.
3. **Flow Optimization & Metrics Management**
- Configure Jira workflows aligned with value‑stream practices.
- Build dashboards for visualization of flow metrics, impediments, dependencies, and portfolio progress.
- Drive data‑driven improvement via automated metrics collection, trend analysis, and forecasting.
4. **Coaching & Mentorship**
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members.
- Promote self‑organization, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
5. **Stakeholder Management**
- Partner with Product/Platform Owners and business stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder alignment meetings, manage cross‑team dependencies, and remove impediments.
6. **Technical Excellence**
- Support DevOps, CI/CD adoption, automated testing, and technical debt management.
- Encourage innovation and experimentation within teams.
**Required Skills**
- Agile & Scrum coaching, facilitation, and crew management.
- Value‑stream mapping, Kanban, WIP management, flow analytics.
- Advanced Jira administration & dashboard configuration.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM); Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master or equivalent; Jira Administrator (optional).
