**Job Title**
ServiceNow Developer – HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions for a transportation‑industry client. Collaborate with HR, business, and technical stakeholders to automate onboarding, offboarding, employee transitions, and document workflows while ensuring data security, GDPR compliance, and platform stability.
**Expectations**
- Deliver scalable, secure HRSD enhancements within sprint cycles.
- Provide technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Communicate effectively in English (B2–C1) with cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather and analyze HR and business requirements.
- Configure and extend HRSD components: Employee Service Center, Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Document Management.
- Build HR process automation using Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Develop UI Policies, UI Actions, and custom scripts (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Integrate with external HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) via REST/SOAP and MID Server.
- Create and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Enforce role‑based access, encryption, and GDPR data‑privacy controls.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years ServiceNow development experience.
- Proven HRSD expertise (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Document Management).
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API (client & server) scripting.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Familiarity with Performance Analytics, custom reporting, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of security, role‑based access, and GDPR compliance in HR environments.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English (B2–C1).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- CSA certification (CIS‑HRSD preferred).
