**Job Title:** Digital Acquisition & Growth Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end digital customer journey functions—acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention—using data‑driven, multichannel strategies to deliver profitable growth for a consumer‑facing brand.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable, scalable growth that increases qualified contact volume and conversion rates.
- Maintain a strong ROI focus while continuously enhancing the digital customer experience.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align digital tactics with broader marketing and business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and accelerate the most effective acquisition levers (SEA, paid social, display, email, retargeting).
- Design, launch, and optimize high‑performing conversion funnels across web and mobile properties.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and targeted campaigns (landing pages, automation, nurture sequences).
- Build and monitor dashboards; track and report on key growth KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, churn).
- Drive continuous improvement of the digital customer experience through data insights and iterative testing.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven expertise in B2C digital acquisition and growth marketing (3–5 years).
- Mastery of paid acquisition channels: SEA, paid social, display, email, retargeting.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation, modeling, and KPI reporting.
- Hands‑on experience with A/B testing frameworks, funnel optimization, and marketing automation.
- Agile, collaborative working style and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s +4/5 (equivalent) degree in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
- Professional certifications in digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar) are advantageous.
