Job Title: Content Manager Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end B2B content strategy for a SaaS AI logistics platform. Own brand narrative, create high‑impact collateral, manage media relationships, and harness AI tools to scale storytelling while ensuring authenticity. Drive demand generation across all channels and collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to produce customer‑centric content. Expectations: - Deliver measurable growth in demand and brand engagement. - Build and scale a content function in a fast‑growing, product‑led environment. - Maintain a consistent, compelling voice that balances AI‑generated insights with human creativity. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with demand generation and product launches. - Craft and approve all marketing collateral, including sales decks, customer success case studies, and product release materials. - Manage external media and press relations to maximize brand visibility in logistics and AI spaces. - Evaluate and pilot AI‑driven content tools, determining appropriate use cases for AI vs. human authorship. - Analyze buyer journeys, run A/B tests, and turn insights into actionable content initiatives. - Lead cross‑functional collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams. - Oversee external agencies, writers, and internal contributors; influence executive stakeholders. Required Skills: - Proven B2B content leadership experience (SaaS & AI preferred). - Exceptional written communication and storytelling ability. - Deep familiarity with AI content tools and emerging marketing technologies. - Strong project management and agency‑partner coordination skills. - Ability to distill complex supply‑chain or logistics concepts into engaging narratives. - Collaborative mindset with influence across senior leadership. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field. - Optional certifications in Content Marketing, Digital Strategy, or AI‑Marketing technologies.
