**Job title** Project Manager AMOA / Product Owner (F/M) **Role Summary** Serve as the primary liaison between operational business units and the IT Systems Division, gathering user needs, proposing and implementing tailored IT solutions, providing training and support, steering project deployments, and continuously auditing usage to recommend improvements. **Expectations** - Undergraduate or graduate degree from a business or commerce school (or equivalent university qualification). - Strong IT background with prior experience deploying or managing operational IT tools in industry, transport, or logistics environments. - Demonstrated project management competence: rigorous organization, clear tracking of progress, quality control, and outcome evaluation. - Proficiency in English (required for European collaboration). - Willingness to travel regularly (~2 days/week in France and occasional trips to other European countries). **Key Responsibilities** 1. Elicit and document user requirements; propose viable IT solutions. 2. Advise, train, and support end‑users on software tools. 3. Lead the deployment of the software roadmap, from analysis through configuration and data migration. 4. Deliver level 1 and 2 support for operational tools. 5. Conduct usage audits of tools and identify opportunities for optimisation. 6. Present findings and improvement proposals to stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Business analysis and requirement gathering - End‑user training and support - Project management (planning, delivering, monitoring) - Stakeholder and change management - Data migration and configuration of enterprise systems - Troubleshooting and escalation handling - Audit and continuous improvement initiatives - Clear written and verbal communication - Team collaboration and cross‑functional coordination - English language proficiency **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (equivalent university qualification). - Relevant project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or agile frameworks) are considered an asset but not mandatory.
