Drive 50% new business development and 50% growth from existing accounts. 3. Conduct market research, identify prospects, and deliver tailored sponsorship proposals. 4. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align sales strategies. 5. Meet KPIs through consultative selling, CRM management (e.g., Salesforce), and event attendance. 6.
