**Role Summary**
Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives to drive audience growth and engagement for industry events. Manage email campaigns, marketing automation, social media, SEO, analytics, and reporting while ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and industry partners.
**Expectations**
- 1‑2 years of marketing experience or relevant internship.
- Deliver measurable improvements in email and digital KPIs.
- Travel 5‑7 times per year for events or partner engagements.
- Act as a proactive, detail‑oriented self‑starter in a fast‑paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, segment, launch, and report on email marketing campaigns using dynamic content and automation workflows.
- Create and deploy emails, landing pages, and forms within the marketing automation platform.
- Build and maintain nurture, re‑engagement, cart‑abandonment, and new‑contact programs.
- Assist copywriting, editing, and localization of promotional emails.
- Personalize content with tokens and AI tools based on lead data.
- Clean and manage the marketing database, removing inactive contacts.
- Partner with marketing to produce digital and email assets (landing pages, websites, social copy, conversion‑focused layouts).
- Align with sales and marketing on timing, messaging, and journey mapping.
- Plan, execute, and report on organic social media campaigns.
- Optimize blog, YouTube, and website content for SEO, staying current with AI search trends.
- Benchmark competitors, develop audience‑targeting tactics, and track event/influencer trends.
- Analyze marketing funnels, run A/B tests, and identify improvements through research and best practices.
- Compile accurate marketing activity tracking and KPI reports.
- Draft playbooks and knowledge base entries to institutionalize learnings.
- Perform related marketing and administrative duties as needed.
**Required Skills**
- Strong project and time management; prioritizes multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and data hygiene.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; mastery of English grammar.
- Proficient with social media platforms, SEO best practices, and content management.
- Basic proficiency in Google Analytics or comparable web analytics.
- Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation (highly desirable).
- Graphic design basics with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools (highly desirable).
- Interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software, Google Analytics, or digital marketing preferred.
