Job Description
Job title: Enterprise Account Director Role Summary: Lead and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving commercial performance across FluidOne’s core pillars (Connectivity, Mobile, Modern Workspace, Cyber Security, Managed Services). Establish strategic account plans, own the commercial agenda, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams to deliver consistent value. Expactations: - Own and expand enterprise accounts, focusing on penetration and white‑space opportunities. - Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) covering performance, risks, roadmap progress, and commercial opportunities. - Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM hygiene for forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting. - Act as point of contact between clients and internal technical, operational, project, and commercial teams. - Build and execute account plans, IT roadmaps, and risk registers aligned to client objectives. - Lead commercial negotiations, including renewals and contract changes with senior stakeholders. - Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, Project Managers, and Operations to scope and design integrated solutions. - Support onboarding and project delivery, ensuring consistent communication and a smooth client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Own and expand portfolio of enterprise clients across all product pillars. - Identify and capture white‑space opportunities and upsell initiatives. - Conduct structured QBRs and maintain Salesforce data integrity. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (technical, operational, project, and commercial). - Develop account plans, roadmaps, and risk registers. - Negotiate contracts, renewals, and commercial terms with senior stakeholders. - Scope, design, and deliver integrated solutions across Connectivity, Mobile, Modern Workspace, Cyber, and Managed Services. - Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery, collaborating closely with Project Managers. Required Skills: - Proven experience in IT, technology, managed services, or MSP environments (enterprise or mid‑market). - Strong commercial acumen: identify, shape, and close multi‑pillar opportunities. - Excellent communication, confident in leading QBRs and engaging senior stakeholders. - Highly organized, proactive, able to manage complex accounts and multiple workstreams. - Customer‑first mindset with exceptional problem‑solving skills. - Ability to coordinate cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams. - Keen listener with strong attention to detail and white‑space spotting. - Professional, credible, and capable of building long‑term relationships. - Full UK driving licence. Required Education & Certifications: - Relevant degree in Business, Finance, IT, or equivalent experience in IT/technology and managed services.
