**Job Title** Director of AI Solutions (Data Science) **Role Summary** Lead the design, delivery, and commercialisation of advanced AI and Generative AI solutions for mid‑market to enterprise clients. Combine deep technical expertise in GenAI with strategic client engagement and business development to transform client challenges into scalable AI products. **Expectations** - Drive end‑to‑end AI projects from strategy to production. - Provide high‑impact technical insight and advisory to senior client stakeholders. - Maintain leadership in GenAI technology, research and IP. - Deliver measurable business value through AI roadmaps and go‑to‑market initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **AI Solution Design & Architecture** – Define scalable, robust AI systems, select appropriate LLMs, diffusion models, or GANs, and build end‑to‑end data pipelines. 2. **Client Engagement & Technical Advisory** – Act as trusted advisor, articulate AI strategic implications, and guide clients through planning, pilots, and full deployments. 3. **Project Leadership & Execution** – Lead technical workstreams, ensure best‑practice implementation, and collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams. 4. **Presales & Business Development** – Contribute deep technical scoping, architecture design, and solution pitch to support revenue growth. 5. **Thought Leadership** – Research emerging GenAI techniques, publish insights, and influence internal IP and market positioning. 6. **Strategy & Roadmapping** – Translate business challenges into actionable AI strategies, model deployment plans, and organisational change recommendations. 7. **Service Evolution** – Iterate on AI offerings, refine technical capabilities and support GTM positioning. **Required Skills** - 10+ years in technical consulting or solution architecture, with 5–7 years focused on advanced AI/ML and GenAI. - Expertise in large‑language‑model architecture (Transformers), fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG). - Experience with diffusion models, GANs, or other generative frameworks. - Design of scalable data pipelines and deployment strategies (edge, cloud, hybrid). - Strong communication for technical and non‑technical audiences. - Proven stakeholder management and business‑acumen to influence senior leaders. - Project management with cross‑functional teams. - Continuous research mindset and IP development. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field. - Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or Azure AI Engineer are a plus. ---
