**Job Title:** Enterprise Architect
**Role Summary:**
Senior leader responsible for defining and evolving the enterprise architecture strategy across business, application, data, and infrastructure domains. Aligns technology initiatives with organizational goals, creates long‑term roadmaps, and drives modernization, governance, and innovation.
**Expectations:**
- Provide strategic technology direction and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead architecture design, standards, and governance across the enterprise.
- Oversee large‑scale transformation and migration projects, especially cloud and ERP initiatives.
- Monitor emerging technologies and champion innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with PMO, business leaders, and technical teams to achieve consistent architectural outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and continuously refine enterprise architecture strategy and long‑term technology roadmaps.
- Design and implement architecture frameworks, standards, and governance models.
- Analyze existing systems, recommend modernization paths, and lead migration efforts (e.g., Azure, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP).
- Conduct technology assessments, resolve complex architectural challenges, and provide high‑level project oversight.
- Evaluate emerging trends, propose pilot initiatives, and drive adoption of innovative solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure architectural decisions are understood and adopted across the organization.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Dynamics, Azure cloud services, and ERP migration strategies.
- Proven ability to lead large‑scale technology change projects.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering business value.
- Proactive, curious, quality‑driven mindset; ability to build collaborative relationships.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) preferred but not mandatory.
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Dynamics, or related platforms are a plus.
