Job Description
Job Title: Data Analyst (4‑month FTC) **Role Summary** Analyze and consolidate data across legacy systems to support a major ERP transition, ensuring data integrity, creating reporting solutions, and providing analytical insights to inform business decisions. **Expectations** - Own data quality and governance across the enterprise. - Deliver clean, aligned, and repeatable data sets during the ERP migration. - Communicate progress and resolve issues with developers and stakeholders. - Maintain continuous data availability for live business transactions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Clean, align, and consolidate data from multiple legacy systems into a single source of truth. 2. Administer project task lists, follow up on milestones, and support ERP transition deliverables. 3. Design and build Power BI and other visualisation templates; specify custom report requirements. 4. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from disparate sources for reporting and operational use. 5. Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and quantitative evaluation to uncover trends and anomalies. 6. Create, document, and promote data governance procedures and best practices. 7. Research and evaluate new tools or methodologies to meet evolving project needs. **Required Skills** - Advanced SQL (querying, manipulation, relational database management). - Experience with data visualisation tools: Power BI, Jet, or Excel. - Proficient in data cleaning, preparation, and transformation. - Understanding of statistical methods and quantitative analysis. - Knowledge of ETL processes and database management. - Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Microsoft Customer Experience solutions. - Exposure to ERP migration, consolidation, or transformation projects. - Working knowledge of Python or Java (beneficial). **Required Education & Certifications** - MS SQL certification. - MS Power BI certification. - Python and/or Java certification (beneficial).
