Job title: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant / Manager
Role Summary: Drive digital transformation of HR systems for diverse clients by leveraging ServiceNow HRSD. Provide end‑to‑end consulting from strategy and solution selection to deployment, testing, training, and change management. Act as a functional reference, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution selection processes, including opportunity studies and business case preparation.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit HR business requirements.
- Conduct impact analyses for business processes and regulatory changes.
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies and acceptance testing plans.
- Plan, oversee, and support deployment and go‑live activities.
- Develop and deliver end‑user training and functional documentation.
- Serve as an HRSD functional reference for client teams.
- Provide strategic consulting to recommend optimal solutions within constraints of time, budget, and performance.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and project governance.
- Manage project dimensions: schedule, budget, scope, quality, resources, risks, and client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD platform and related modules.
- Experience in digital transformation consulting, ERP implementation, and HR systems.
- Strong business analysis, requirement elicitation, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Project management capabilities: planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Change management and end‑user adoption expertise.
- Problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder diplomacy, and teamwork.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Minimum Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, system integration, or client implementation roles.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD) preferred.
